The Bachelor in Business Administration is designed to prepare you for satisfying careers, successful lives, community service, and the pursuit of lifelong learning.
The College's curriculum leading to the Bachelor of Business Administration is organized into three parts:
- The College's Core Requirements
- The Major
- Electives, divided between liberal arts and free electives
Core Requirements The College's Core Requirements include a specific number of courses from the liberal arts disciplines, which guarantees a minimal uniformity of study without sacrificing the individual educational interests of the student.
Major The major is designed to give the student mastery of a single field.
Transfer Credits Most adults pursuing an undergraduate degree already have credit from college courses they have taken in the past. Our Admissions Officers will work with you to determine the number of credits that may transfer into your program.
Prior Learning Centenary College's Life Learning Experience Program is designed to help the adult learner combine college course and/or work experience in a nontraditional approach toward earning a college degree.
Many non-traditional learners have acquired college level knowledge through business and managerial training programs, adult education programs, volunteer and service activities. Centenary College will evaluate knowledge learners have gained outside the college classroom for possible credit toward an undergraduate degree.
Program Advisors A unique component of adult education at Centenary College is Program Advisors. Once you are admitted to the program, you will be contacted by your online Program Advisor. The Program Advisor will be your one source to help and guide you throughout the pursuit of your degree.
