The curriculum is based on six Areas of Practice that are threaded throughout the courses: Global, Organizational and Personal Values-Driven Leadership; Human Resources & Organizational Relationships; Measurement & Process Improvement; Innovation Through Information; Financial & Economic Resources; and Customers, Markets, Sales and Marketing.
