Liberty University's® Bachelor of Science in Religion program provides students with a solid foundation from which to understand the fundamentals of the Bible, Christianity, Christian theology, and the Christian church. As well, students will gain a rich understanding of the origin and contents of the Bible, and will grasp its importance to the Christian faith. Students will be equipped to use the Bible in dealing with contemporary issues in ministry, developing excellent oral and written communication skills that are key to effectively communicating in both personal and professional ministry environments. Graduates of this program are fully prepared for a wide range of church ministry positions, as well as advanced studies at the graduate or seminary level.
