Bachelor of Arts in Communication

Communication studies prepare students for a variety of career opportunities in both profit and non-profit organizations including leadership, human resources, training and develpment, and public relations. The courses offer both theory and practical application in area such as conflict management, public speaking, communicating in a technological environment, interpersonal and group communication.  Communication courses are taught by dynamic instructors and are offered in the classroom and online.  In addition, students may develop areas of specialization for which they receive certificates including conflict management, human resources, criminal justice, practical psychology, or high performance management.
